This will depend on what item or items you ordered. Generally, Ready to Ship items will ship within 2 days or your order being placed. If you order a different finish or resize, please allow a few extra days. Made to order items are created in batches on a weekly basis. Processing times will vary based on the item and when you placed your order. Our average turnaround time for Made To Order items is approximately 2 weeks.

Please Note: USPS does not always scan items. Sometimes tracking does not work, and items will appear in Pre-Transit until they arrive. This is a known issue with USPS and there isn't much we can do as sellers. Please google "USPS not scanning items" to learn more about this issue,call your local USPS to voice concern.

We can usually take care of it for a small fee, however it is much preferred that you obtain an accurate ring size using a ring sizer. Those paper template things you can get off the internet are not accurate. Most department store jewelry counters will have a ring sizer. If the size was a mistake on our part, we will replace or resize it free of charge.

**Please note, resizing electroformed rings DOWN (say a 6 to a 5) is more difficult and time consuming than a size UP (7 to 8). When we size a ring down, it will be placed back in the electroforming bath to add more metal to the ring. This can and will change the look of the ring slightly, but this is the only way to to it! When it doubt, er on the side of small.

This depends on the item. We have several items that have this built into the listing, and you will indeed be able to choose your stone and finish before you purchase. Some item we will give you the option to do so and will reach out with stone selection after the listing has been purchased. The listing will indicate if the item qualifies for stone selection.

Due to the nature of electroformed metal, repairs are very difficult and often impossible. Please treat your jewelry with care! We are always striving to make stronger and more durable designs, however no piece is invincible. In a battle between a copper ring and a car door, the car door will win every time.

In the rare cases when repairs are possible, we do charge a fee based on the amount of time required. We do not repair damaged items for free.

First did you check the tracking info? If we've mailed it out, then you have as much info as we do. If you haven't received a shipping notification, chances are it's still being made! Remember, these are hand made items and they can take some time to create. Etsy may send notifications regarding the estimated ship date. Please keep in mind this is an estimate only!

International packages are not trackable once the leave the United States. If your international order has left the US, there is quite literally nothing we see (or do) on our end. Please check with your local mail carrier.

Copper is cool like that. It can be anything from bright pink-orange to black, and it changes as it ages or antiques that, the finish may evolve. We seal all our rings with a special coating to preserve the finish, and while this is a very durable coating, it is not permanent, and will eventually come off (especially on rings worn daily). You may maintain the finish seal by applying your own, or use clear nail polish!

The more you wear your copper ring, the more stable to color will become!

It's all good! This is just the copper leaving its mark on your skin. It's not a metal allergy and it's completely harmless. In fact, it is just a sign your body is absorbing a trace amount of copper, which has many proven health benefits. Keep in mind, our rings come with the finish sealed (see above) and this will provide a measure of protection against the green finger, however it does not last long if the ring is worn daily. You can use clear nail polish to maintain a seal on the inside of the band if you so desire. Please inquire about our special silver bands and other custom solutions for electroformed rings that won't leave your finger green! Our silver electroformed rings do not turn your finger green.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of electroformed jewelry, refunds are not possible. If you are "expecting" certain things from your piece or are particular about the way it will come out, please message before purchasing. A custom order may be the best way forward.
